Founded in 1981 by Jim W. Blake, Sr., JB Septic Systems is a family-owned company built on generations of experience, hard work, and dedication to serving San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. A lifelong San Antonio resident, Jim graduated from John Marshall High School, proudly served in the United States Air Force, and earned his degree from Sam Houston State University.

Jim's career in the wastewater industry began working alongside his father, where he developed the knowledge, skills, and values that became the foundation of JB Septic Systems. With a vision to provide dependable, high-quality septic services, he established a company that has earned the trust of homeowners, builders, and communities throughout San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country for more than four decades.

Today, JB Septic Systems and JB Septic Maintenance work hand in hand to provide complete septic solutions, from system design and installation to ongoing maintenance and customer care. We are proud to continue the legacy Jim built by upholding the principles that guided him throughout his career: integrity, faith, quality workmanship, and a commitment to treating every customer like family.
